The Road was terrific. Born To Run & Island Of the Sequined Love Nun are currently in my rotation and highly recommended.

a long way gone (awesome)

Ranulph Fienes - Mad bad and dangerous to know (even more awesome)

with the old breed (my fav WWII book of all time)

the partner (solid grisham fiction tale)

1812 and or stalingrad (both insanely long and detailed but great books about napolean invading russia and the most important WWII battle ever)

jarhead (suprisingly good book. hopefully u didnt see the movie and let that ruin the book for you)

godfather (yes it is 10x better than the movie) that said 1 flew over the cuckoos nest is awesome too

oh that wasn't my top 5 books, although Programmed to Kill might be in that list. Those are just recent books I've read I'd recommend.

I'd say the five I've listed are the books I've read the most times. I suck at lists.

I haven't been reading much at all since I moved to CO :?

Need to get to it... this thread will help out.

I had a beat up old copy in my old car for about 4.2 years. Not sure if I still have it but it's probably totally destroyed now...
