Sorry I thought the quality came out better than it did.
And I don't own a medium hockey jersey believe it or not
but sleeves are probably 1/2" shorter on a medium than large.

5'6" 145-150 most people here will want a large xl is good for someone with a bit o a belly.
The ottawa sens (athletic knit) jersey i have is a perfect size to be worn without equip thats a large and im almost positive both sites i looked at use Athletic knit jerseys.
